There may be an additional fee depending on the complexity of your design

For Our Mistakes or Damages: 100% free replacement for any issues on our end.

Colors may slightly differ for youth sizes. Please contact us for confirmation.

Customer Errors: Please note, we don't accept returns or refunds for wrong size, design, color choices, or incorrect addresses. Customization information should NOT be added in the note to seller section. Please add it in the personalization section. You may also add a photo/file.

❗️We do not guarantee delivery dates and we are not responsible for USPS/UPS carrier damage, delays or loss packages. If we can show via tracking that your order was shipped with enough time for it to get to you based on the transit times provided by the USPS, but it doesn’t arrive on time, we cannot issue a refund.
