We custom make our products with a lot of love to fit your fashionista, and because of this, Returns and Exchanges are not accepted since all products are custom made to order and cut as soon as the order is placed. We strongly suggest measuring your child’s waist for accurate size for your selected tutu. The waist is measured to the unstretched size. It will be cut at the exact waist size you choose.
Every Child is a different size. It is advised not to guess which will fit. We want it to fit your child properly. If there is an issue with your order, please send us a message. We will try to fix it in any way possible. We look forward to making your little one smile.

Returns and Exchanges and store credit will be accepted in the following cases:
You received a damaged item- please send pictures to be verified
Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order. If you do not contact our Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order, you will not be eligible to return the item.

If the delivery courier cannot deliver your item due to the shipping address you provided is incorrect, please contact your local postal service to re-route the package. If the package has been returned to the sender, we are happy to re-ship the items again to the correct address or offer store credit
